You can use a pokemon from a lower tier in a higher tier. Nothing is stopping you from using Kingler in Anything Goes.

It's just usage though. Could move up to NU if it fits well. It could not.

Things are down there for a reason. Kingler has very average/below average bulk and a shitty speed stat. He has nothing useful to abuse Sheer Force with. His only saving grace is a very late game scarf sweep and a slightly stronger Waterfall with a good crit chance.

Any physical wall laughs at him.

False! Waterfall is more accurate but only by 10%, it's 90 v 100. Also waterfall only does 80 damage while crabhammer does 100 and has an increased critical hit ratio.

Wow, that's a big oversight. I've run Gigalith to good effect in OU before. Checks birdspam and almost always gets rocks up. Plus you can fuck over counters with explosion.

You underestimate how good STAB Earthquake is.

Even in NU, there is no reason to use Gigalith over Rhydon.

You have no fucking clue what you're talking about. Crabhammer is 50% chance to crit if you waste your item on a Scope Lens which is beyond stupid. He's not a revenge killer without a scarf unless he's fighting a Golem.

You also lose Sheer Force boost on Rock Slide if you seriously go with Hyper Cutter.
