I've heard of a lot of issues where injected eevees won't evolve to Sylveon, is there a reason for that?

I think once I was trying to do this and noticed it knew BabyDoll Eyes, Bite, and two normal moves. I deleted bite and then it would evolve. Not sure if that was just a fluke, but it might be worth a shot.

how the fuck does it make sense for a fucking cleffa to be immune to a Garchomp rampaging with Outrage? it makes ZERO sense

the only type that comes even remotely close to being immune from dragon is Fire, MAYBE Water.
