"Use a blizzard with almost 100% because of drizzle" is shit wording. Doesn't actually mention the word accuracy. This is obviously wrong, too, as Rain actually makes Blizzard less accurate. I also like how he said almost 100%, making me think he uses this set in Showdown or more likely in game and has missed Blizzard a lot, leading him to believe it can still sometimes miss.
"And what happens to mega Rayquaza 1-HKO" Oh my fucking god. Is there meant to be a question mark in there or is it meant to say and watch what happens? Either way, just leaving 1-HKO there afterwards doesn't make grammatical sense. Again, we see him trying to look knowledgeable and cool by using 1-HKO as an abbreviation except the OHKO is the widely used terminology.
