OP is probably talking about the actual stats not the base. Adament Azumarill has less special attack than fully invested physical. So Azumarill is fine.

KyuremB is better off running HP Fire. Physical HP Ice will be 15 BP weaker than Ice Punch.

Things that measure your attack and special attack don't go by the BASE stat, they go by the actual stat after IVs and EVs and stuff. Between huge power and EVs Azumaril would have physical hidden power, and if your poke's base stats are equal it'll still be one or the other based on your set.

I know that it doesn't learn Ice Punch. Im just saying that would be weaker than one of the most common physical Ice moves and would need a Choice Band to actually be worth using. It would also lose the coverage of a physical Fire Punch on mixed sets since you can't run 2 hidden powers. I guess l should've worded my previous post better. :p

Why would Breloom need Fire coverage when it has Rock coverage and Fighting STAB? I can see it run either HP Ghost or Ice tho
