I'm curious to how mew two has a mega stone, it said that there created from fallen meteors. but since mew two was made in a science lab from mews DNA wouldn't mew be able to mega evolve from the mega stones too?

There are probably a lot of mega stones that don't correspond to any pokemon. It's probably a coincidence that two exist that work for mewtwo.

I don't think the stones are designed for certain Pokemon, it's just that certain Pokemon react to them. The stones are like the evolutionary stones (in fact doesn't it say this?).

Mega Evolution can only be achieved with the power of humans when the hearts are in sync or whatever. Who knows if Mew would react to the same stone?
