I'm convinced that Ice as a type wouldn't suck as much as it does if Game Freak knew how to make good Ice-type Pokemon.
Imagine Weavile with a decent Ability, or a Technician Mega Jynx. Imagine Glaceon with a Hail version of Swift Swim.
