>>23036744There is a girl in the original Gen 1 games who accurately describes Munna, a Gen 5 Pokémon. Allegedly they did have quite a fiew designs that were not implemented in the earlier games. It may be possible that Munna was one of these and the programmers stuck that in as a snide jab at the people who vetoed Munna's design. Likewise, Clauncher could conceivably be one as well, however that is most likely intended to be a regular lobster, similar to the real world fish seen swimming in the next episode.
