BL that can probably drop:
-Crawdaunt. It has shit bulk and shit speed, so it only kills stuff if your opponent isn't doing anything to stop it. Sure, it kills stall, but it dies against anything remotely offensive. Beedrill is probably better anyway.
-Hawlucha. Needs gems to reach its full potential, otherwise it's just a gimmick. 92 Attack isn't spectacular in this power-creeped age, and like Crawdaunt, has no bulk.
-Staraptor. If Salamence can come down, then Staraptor can come down. Staraptor doesn't have the versatility of Salamence, although Close Combat is a big plus for it. At worst, it becomes part of an annoying Intimidate fueled volt-turn core with fire or grass Rotom, just like with Landorus in OU. ...Wait is that really a good a thing?
-Venomoth. It's like Volcarona's nerdier, wimpier little brother. Pysically Defensive set can get shit done, as can Baton Pass sets, but really, if your team can handle crocune, it can handle this no problem, and if your team can't handle Crocune, then you're doping something very wrong, since you are not prepared for one of the top threats in the tier.
-Victini. No boosting and extremely predictable movepool (you just have to guess if it's special, physical or mixed, runs the same elemental coverage either way) really hampers its threat level. Went through most of X/Y UU just fine. Still a top threat, but no worse than... well, anything else I mentioned so far.
-Togekiss. This one is more out of spite, since it would outclass Florges most of the time and I hate Florges' fucking face. Florges should be in BL 2 where no one will use it. Ever.
