No one ever really uses stat reduction moves online except to force switches, so go with Tangled Feet since Confusion is more common.

I'd say Keen eye because it sounds cooler. Idk.

Doesn't matter if accuracy is reduced because Mega gets No Guard.

Doesn't matter because of No Guard. You'll be hit regardless of your evasion increase.

The only ability that could be useful. But most people don't run stat lowering moves. At the very least, it makes it safer if you're hit by Crunch on the switch in.

All three are bad abilities for Pidgeot, but I'd go with Big Pecks by default.
