I'll try again.
How does one play this multiplayer, and can ANY Pokemon be transfered from this game to main games considering WEiFi was shut down, idk what exactly was or wasnt affected by it.

What Pokemon can I still get through this game and how.

There really is no reason to go through the multiplayer unless you really want to see how that plays out. Even though it is another achievement, I find it's not worth it. You only really need to do the first mission to unlock the Drapion door, as I've found that's the easiest way to S rank Skuntank. (I'm still unsure if it's original encounter can be S ranked, the others certainly can)

Give up then anon, its the only way left unless you buy a copy with all the data still on it. Also at this point why do you care if you cheat in data just to play non story effecting events?

you would not be able to do it directly either, you would need a copy of hgss/dpp, bw/bw2,poke transfer-bank, then you can. but no. since the game generates it after the mission, it is 100% legit.

Let's see...Manaphy is more easily gotten by using the code on Ranger 1. Shaymin is only being distributed for Japan for now, but that shouldn't matter since you can search just by knowing the name. I'm pretty sure that Shaymin can be easily found online regardless. If you really want to be picky about having a Heatran that has Eruption, I pity you. Otherwise, there is no point.

Also idk, I kinda joined the entire Pokemon online thing too late and now I am playing all of these games when all the fun online things are over.

The Manaphy mission in Ranger 1 is unlocked by a code. It will work regardless of the state of the cart, and doesn't require online at all. If it already has the mission on it, then you won't need the code, but if it's a fresh cart, the code will work always.

Sadly, if the cart doesn't already have missions on it, the only way is by hacking the missions on there.

As far as I know, for all Ranger games, even if you delete the file that was on there, the DLC will remain.
