It would be hugely broken for a few reasons.

>Dragon/Fire/Ground still unresisted
>150 Spa, still able to hold LO or anything it needs to, powerful attack options
>100/100/120 bulk with access to will-o-wisp and recovery
>Turboblaze assures it can nuke Megasaur, Heatran with impunity while still being able to bypass Magic Bounce, Unaware, Sturdy when necessary
>90 speed is workable

The only reason why it's so bad in Ubers is because none of that is really necessary or different than what others can do.
