hey, I've always liked the playstyle of drain/ regeneration tanks in RPGs and MOBAs in the past, what are some mons with this playstyle in XY now that I'm getting back into it?

Leftovers is an item that lets you recover a little hp ever turn

black sludge is the same as leftovers but only works for poison types
