Is it possible to make an OU-viable team that doesn't give a shit about entry hazards? I mean literally zero fucks, to the point running Rapid Spin or Defog would be a waste of a moveslot. I was thinking about Magic Guard Clefable and Alakazam, Amoonguss and Gliscor. Is there anything else?

Even if it was possible you'd be weak to common things such as Mega Charizard Y. I did employ a team like this once and it was hilarious on the low/middle ladder where my opponent would STILL try to use hazards against me even though my whole team didn't care at all.

Hyper Offense gives very little shits about hazards. You can very well build a team that doesn't need to spin if you have multiple rock resistances. I'm thinking steel types, ground, etc. Also if you're agressive enough you can sometimes prevent them from going up.

Hyper Offense can't run otherwise good Focus Sash setup sweepers (think about SD Weavile and SD/NP Infernape) because of hazards.
It's also royally screwed over by the (admittedly uncommon) Sticky Web.
