Well, Pachirisu is an unconventional choice and he used it wisely. I don't remember the details of the match, but I think he used it to absorb Thunderbolts from Zapdos, and that was rather clever. He put a Sitrus Berry on it as well to add extra bulk, and that was kind of smart. It was just an unconventional play and it impressed people. But honestly, his opponent was really dumb. I'm not sure how well Pachirisu would have fared against an opponent that wasn't making stupid moves, from what I remember.

I guess the key was that his whole team was a bit unusual and that would throw people off when facing him

everyone just loved pachirisu in special because it was tiny and cute against big-ugly-strong-pokemon and could absorb a good deal of damage for the other teammates.

Because the crowd consisted mostly of idiots who didn't realise that Pachirisu was perfect for that team. I guess there's the cutemon factor, Sejun wasn't using it because it's cute.

Kalos has 3 Follow Me users: Lucario, Furret and Pachirisu. Lucario has better things to do than redirect attacks and Furret is a shitmon.
Rage Powder Amoonguss was extremely popular, but Sejun was wary of the increasing use of Safety Goggles, and that grass types are immune to Rage Powder's redirecting effect.

Pachirisu was therefore an obvious choice: not only could it redirect Zapdos and Rotom Thunderbolts away from his Gyarados, Pachirisu could use them to heal itself.

When it wasn't needed to redirect attacks, it could reliably inflict Paralysis with Nuzzle and cut HP in half with Super Fang - making it not total Taunt bait.

As for the "really tanky Pachirisu was clever" I don't know why they bothered saying that. Pachirisu isn't going to be an offensive threat and it only has 95 speed. Of course you were going to invest in bulk.

Well, i played ranked since Season 1, and i learned the hard way that no matter how the "change" the "elo system", you're stuck where everyone who leaves games, feeds on purpose, afks, and first times champs wants you to be. Not to say i havent had my garbage games, but i literally have a quitter/rager every single game in champ select. Everything isn't as terrible as before, it's much, much worse. Also, not implying i'm some sort of expert, my highest rank was S1, which is not even good at all

I dont really play modern shooting games as they're pretty awful. I played a ton of Quake, UT and Tribes back in the day and occasionally still do with friends over LAN. For fighting games my favorite is MvC2 but I play a lot of 3S and KoFXIII

It isn't helpful if you're completely wrong. Saying that you can control how depressed you are is a backhanded insult. Sort of like saying, "I like that shirt on you. It looks really good on you even though you're seriously fat." So like...not helpful. Implying that a depressed person can control how they feel is pretty fucked up, because while there are certain ways to manage your depression, in the end, it's a chemical imbalance and you can't control that without medication.

okay im back for a few minutes before its time to get fit, since everyone is talking about my depression. I'm going to be seeing a doctor soon about it as someone to talk too, i generally spend most of my days not wanting to get out of bed and feeling next to nothing other than some debilitating sadness. Now, this isn't to say i'm the most depressed person out there, plenty of people have it much worse than i do, but ive had suicidal thoughts and such. Overall, as long as you end up happy, it doesnt matter if you did it with medication, eating differently, vitamins, talking it out, or even finding a new hobby. What matters is recovery, being strong again, feeling confident about life, being happy.
