>>23056415>not just vgcyou shouldn't even be comparing it to vgc in the first place buddy. as i said, they are two completely different things. yes some mons stay constantly good between the two, but a lot of viability changes. slowbro for example is great in singles but bad in doubles, while amoonguss or hitmontop see much greater use in doubles. it doesn't make any one of them bad altogether.
and as for all other official formats well as i said battle spot is absolute cancer so good luck with that. and i don't see why removing all the overpowered megas (which is 6 out of 45) is suddenly a bad thing when it creates a singles metagame that is far more enjoyable than the one game freak has created (the genies are allowed on battle spot before some geniefag comes along and mentions lando-t or whatever). we're not talking half the pokedex being removed, we're talking like 10 mons which isn't a lot in the big picture.
>it's basically like saying Banette isn't a shitmon because it's good in RU where UU+ megas don't compete with it.it's absolutely nothing like that so stop with the retarded examples. there's literally nine things banned from ou that would be allowed on battle spot (blaziken + mega, mega gengar, mega kang, mega luke, mega mawile, aegislash, greninja, mega salamence) and most of those can beat tons of things because they are just THAT good. bulky mega mence can beat a rotom-w - yes a main flying resist can be beaten by a mono-attacking mega mence. greninja beats absolutely tons of shit too. are you telling me that everything the overpowered stuff beats is suddenly a shitmon now? please don't be that retarded.
banette has all of bl2, uu, bl, ou (or the top of my head let's just about 130 mons) and the banned ubers mons removed. absolutely massive difference vs 10 that altaria.
there have my essay.
