Does anyone else not give a single shit about pokemon outside the main games?

I have no idea what that shit is serebii's been updating on this past week but it looks like garbage. If it doesn't have connectivity to the main games in any way, I simply don't care.

I didn't care about pokemon snap/Hey You pikachu/Pinball/Trading card games waaay back when, and I don't care about Rangers/nobunaga/shuffle nonsense either.

With that said, whats the appeal to Shuffle besides it being nothing more than a generic puzzle game from an app store but with a pokemon theme?
