There are quite a few Pokemon lines where I prefer the second stage to the third, and obviously in the cases of Dragonair and Sliggoo, that's quite common here. Does anyone actually make use of these intermediate evolutions, though? While I accept that Sliggoo is in no way as good as it's fully evolved state, design excepted, is there any way to make it viable? What other NFE Pokemon do people like using?
