Can't say much about Smogon 6v6 since I don't play their meta anymore but in cart 3v3 is a very strong and fast Pokemon who doesn't need to worry most of the time when it can switch out with fast, hard hitting VSwitch and Life Orb HP Ice can almost always OHKO Garchomp and switch in Landorus.
