>>23071776Definitely 30FPS in gen 6 battles, it doesnt look nearly as smooth as you might think, and even then, its SOMETIMES 30 FPS, it dips a fuckton. If it was 60 FPS that dipped to 40, people probably wouldnt notice, but since its 30 FPS that dips to like, 10, people notice a lot.
