I didn't expect some stupid idea I had while I was training a normal Sylveon a couple days ago to be so well-received. I think I'm going to actually make this set and surprise people with it. Thank God Trump Card is special.

What about Ion deluge/return Electivire? Just something I've thought about in the past. Or maybe another pokemon would have to use it first. A lot of these moves seem too complicated/situational

Trump card increases in power the less pp it has. Metronome increase a moves power when used consecutively.

Also Sylveon has Pixilate, which changes Normal moves to Fairy moves and increases their power by 1.3x. Something like this could technically work on Eevee, since it gets Adaptability, though it has a much weaker Special Attack stat to work with.
