Its face is much smaller in the 3D model and the sarcophagus itself looks much bulkier. I think it looks off too.

The most awkward thing is that the model is shorter and fatter than Aggron is supposed to be. Just compare the center side plates on the model's belly to the ones in the art.

I think the purple ones may have been hit the hardest. Grumpig also made me think "What the fuck?" when I first encountered one in ORAS. That wasn't the Grumpig I remembered from an Emerald playthrough.
