Can Nintendo check if you changed your IV's with PowerSafe?

So I just caught a Shiny Kyurem. Problem is that it's IV's are shit. So I wanted to fix them up with powersafe so that I could use it porperly.

My question is: if I modify it's IV'S with power safe can Nintendo check them with a program or something to prove that I changed them? In a tournament or something.

Well you won't be using Kyurem in an officially sanctioned Nintendo tournament anyhow.

But, to answer your question I've passed hackcheck at Regionals and many PCs with edited IVS, edited natures, and injected pokemon via QR code. Nintendo doesn't give a fuck unless its: Illegal ball combination, Illegal IV/EV spread (HP Fighting ORAS legends), or Illegal movesets. If it passes battlespot rated without any of the above issues, you'll pass Nintendos hack check.

I am just using it as an example, the point is can nintendo check them? I have a friend that insists the judges have a program of sorts that can and shit.

On the other hand I made some research and people claimed that they couldnt because of how the PID works on this gen.

kyurem is shit, and kyurem white is ubers (everyone will laugh at you for using it) and also banned in nintendo comps. Kyurem black is OU (but a shitmon) and also banned in nintendo comps.

So they can check if the shiny is fake but not but not if the IV's where changed correct?

A friend knows a judge from a tournament that works for nintendo. He says he has a program to check the IV's and stuff. I think his name is shiny professor.

How come they cant detect the IV's of the current gen but they could in the past one?

I am also intrigued by this. I have searched trought all the web but never got an actual answer and explanation.

general rule is if you can take it on battle spot, you passed 98% the other 2% is no illegal ball and no illegal move combos that cant be breed for.

Because it was easier to weed out hacks back when breeding only guaranteed 3 IVs and IVs were still tied to a Pokemon's PID back then.
