For me, it has to be Fortree City. Everything is longer and it's twice as big as the original.

Mauville was basically just Slateport 2 but not even as varied and more annoying because you go through 3 loading screens to get past that city

Underwater, easily. There's a lot of nice background animation going on down there, the clever use of Luvdisc to occasionally point you towards hidden items, and dat music. Such a relaxing and chill place to be. Plus bonus points for the god tier diver encounter theme.
