If Bulk Up and Calm Mind are used with 0 BP, I don't get why untauntable versions of them that actually deal damage wouldn't be used as well.

because no one's gonna waste time setting up with a regi
either give it a recovery move or more support moves, or give it a move that increases its physical defense and special attack (for regice, special defense and physical attack for regirock). otherwise i'm just gonna keep spamming ice beam and thunderbolt

Regirock has Drain Punch and Regice can have a pseudo BoltBeam combo with a RestTalk set and that offensive CM move. Both seem pretty viable. Registeel's pretty bad but even if it was an offensive move, steel sucks for that anyway.
Maybe raise their BP to 80?

Good ones logic and competitive wise.
Just a suggestion to make regis signature more viable, make those moves either field effect or acting and affecting allies only in doubles and triples. So basically Stone Age gives a boost to your Terrakion partner in atk and def or Iron Age giving buff to allied M-Metagros or M-Mawile.

Those could be one of the best abilities ever made for those, either for their form/mega or HA. Immagine immediate powerRegirock or bulk Registeel or RP Regice with a pseudo specs if not just Sleep Talk, or support Registeel in VGC.

It's Rapid spin as a psychic move, but with 100 base power. Get rid of those pesky hazards and leech seeds.

You can still spinblock it with a dark type, so it's completely ridiculous.
