Start with Sableye because poor players might try and get hazards up first thing. If it's something that threatens Sableye, like, say, Sylveon, immediately switch to something that Sylveon can't touch, like Chansey.

Quagsire must have Unaware, but you probably already know this. Scald and Recover are essential as well.

Clefable can go in a lot of different directions. To cause maximum frustration for your enemies, use a magic guard one with Softboiled, Cosmic Power, Stored Power, and Moonblast.
