But I was indeed 13 at the time, true, which is probably why I didn't mind the shadow the hedgehog emo hair that now seems so ludicrous.
Since I did have him in my party so long, and he was a proto-flying fighting, I do look back on him with some fondness, even if I thing his design could use a haircut.
I totally agree with you on infernape though. ugly as homemade sin, wasted concept, reused typing, horrible competitively.
I honestly don't feel much better about the Emboar line. Even more useless. Design even worse, except pignite has kind of a pelt-wearing thing going on that could have maybe went somewhere but didn't.
