The most likely thing is 50% Def boost, can only use status moves.

Steelix is your tank. Use him as your steed. Only use Kingdra for amphibious vehicular usage, he is the Kokuoh to your Raoh.

For biological warfare, I use Koffing for tear gas and such. I often use Muk as a means of spreading disease towards my oppressors.

Melee weapons are a tricky bitch. I often have a Terrakion battle steed in my arsenal for that, a Bisharp and Gallade duo which often comes in handy, and a Rampardos is my battering ram for my enemies' gates.

Golem is my trap setter, he sets up the mines, the spikes, and even is a decent suicide bomber alongside his Glalie cousin. The more diabolical one I have is Dusknoir, who is a master negotiator with the opposing side, appearing to backstab me, when in reality, he's tricking them into submission for us to destroy them.

Feraligatr is good amphibious water combat. He is your frog-man alongside Greninja. Greninja's role, however, is that of my spy. Feraligatr just detonates undersea bombs, dismantles submarines, and kicks the asses of many enemies within said sub/aquatic unit. Swampert is a perfect substitute if Feraligatr had a back injury whilst dealing with the scuba gear that broke his spine.

Land combat has a vast amount of options to choose from! However, my pick is with 5 Sawks, 10 Poliwraths, and the 3 leading Gallade lieutenants. the 5 Bisharps and 3 Scrafty gang is there just in case things go to shit for you.

I'd explain more, but this text is long enough as it is.

I'd say people would mainly use these:
In the battle fields: Rock, Ground, Fighting, Steel, Dark, Poison, Dragon. Maybe some other mons of different types that are huge damage sponges or have great attacks.
Hell, a herd of Tauros would be handy. Scyther and Scolipede, Drapions, anything big and dangerous.
In the air: Any motherfucker who can fly and attack.
In the sea: Mainly Water and Ice Types. Wailord would be for transport. They'd ship pokemon off to do battle at sea. Gyarados and Sharpedos would be main fighters, with Caravanahs and others making up the grunt soldiers.
You could put spiked helmets on a school of 6,000 Magikarp and make them rush the enemy.

We know Electric Types helped in a war. As soldiers, but you could send something like Stunfisk out into the field early and have it zap the shit out of any human or mon not immune to it. Smaller electric types like Joltik, Pichu and what not, can go behind enemy lines and sever communications.

Magmortar is known for launching Geodudes. Living bullets. Pokemon like Machamps and others can seismic toss pokemon like Muk and Garbodor and Stunktank into the enemy army to cause chaos. Hell, they could do that with Pineco, Fortress, Electrodes and Voltorbs too.

While big tough ground pokemon like Rhyperior and Rhydon enter battle, smaller ones like Sandshrew and Diggersby could be digging pit fall traps under the enemy.

Psychic types could be really useful due to the fact they can invade anyone's mind. Make them see their greatest fear. Make them fall asleep in the middle of a war and let their own teammates trample them.

Bug types, like Scyther, Pinsir, Scolipede, Scizor and Heracross, would be used in battle, but smaller ones like Caterpie and Spinerak, can use their webbings to trap people attempting to sneak past the battle.

Ghost Pokemon would just be utter chaos. They love to make things panic. And no one panics more then in war. They'd be wild cards, going after anyone.

See, guys, I've set up my bases around the bay. My Swampert patrol squad has most of my shit covered. The traveling drones are Poliwrath. These guys are bouncers, body guards, and worldwide travelers. What's going to happen here is that we rob the Grass army's rations (They're healthy, and boost my soldier's health by a fuckton) and destroy them.

After which, we must deal with Ho-oh's wrath. Those fire types, while weak to us, have a shit-ton of ground to hurt us (They have aerial combatants. Our anti-aerial teammates only consist of many Rhyperiors and Geodudes. Even then, we only have one perfectly trained Rhyperior soldier. The rest are just barely getting by training.)

I was thinking of some recruits. I want to recruit the Golem unit, but I'm afraid they won't do much against the often-seen Hawlucha unit and the god-awfully-painful Heatran lieutenants. General Ho-oh of the Nanto army is one tough birdy. We need ideas on what to use against him, and Greninja is GODDAMN PATHETIC when taking it down. The worst part is the fact that his Entei officers always catch on and sabotage my Swampert crew.

I can agree with that, but it is a lot like an Officer Uniform though. As much as I hate to say because I do like Volkner, he seems to be based more on Fourth Hokage from Naruto, what with the electric flash, hair, etc.

It's all opinion related though, I like that there are some consistent themes within the Gym Leaders.

Kalos has the living embodiment of Death and Hoenn has Mega Ray. They'd be able to fuck some shit up hardcore before Sinnoh could completely stop them.

Lets not forge the fact Swift can never miss meaning it can hit from ANY RANGE and Aura Sphere and Magical Leaf lock on to foes until they are hit no matter what.

The possibilities are endless a dragonite platoon would rain down hyper beams while being 100,000 ft above the ground.Electric types could weaponize actual natural lightning using the attack Thunder which is a lightning strike.Ice types could change the landscape with blizzard or freeze snipe foes(Weavile).Ground types would be absolute hell since they could modify the landscape and disable footing by spamming EQ.

Pokemon wars would be simply amazing.

I mean, think about it. If you were to say, breed an entire army of Talonflames, one would have a heart condition, ruining their chance at a health IV, reducing it to either 10 or 0.
