It takes neutral damage from Ghost and Flying, and it has those nice, comfy 100/100 base defenses. I typically use Mew for these sorts of calculations.

That's totally FUCKING irrelevant to the calculation, which exists to compare damage output and nothing more. I used Manaphy because that's what I've gotten into the habit of using it and its stat doubles in order to compare damage output from physical and special attackers with ease.
