Pokemon Movie 18 releases in Japan. Expect a teaser for the next film.

First trailer for Pokemon Movie 19. It will contain Zygarde. The film will get a shitty placeholder name involving Zygarde. This will unofficially confirm A new Kalos game(s) for 2016.
>February 2016
Volcanion will be officially revealed and said to play a role in movie 19 alongside Zygarde. The placeholder movie name will be changed to the final title.
>May 2016
The final game(s) of gen VI will be revealed.
>June 2016
New forms/Megas will be revealed for Zygarde or Volcanion or both. They will star in Movie 19.
>July 2016
Movie 19 releases in Japan. The trailer at the end will tease Movie 20 (which will inevitably include a Gen VII pokemon)

No, but seriously, these are the exciting months for the next few years. Gamefreak and Nintendo have a very predictable marketing scheme for the Pokemon games which has been the same almost without fail since Gen III.
