Honestly, I'd say Vega is up there for one of the best ones I've ever played. Although it still has flaws, like being in Japanese or having that typical hard as fucking shit level curve.

For me the most important thing in hacks is physical/special split

I ran into a game breaking glitch that halted any way for me to progress.

Too bad because I was really enjoying it.

Currently playing Storm Silver and I'm surprised to find that it's much buggier than the guy's other ROMs.

Even with google, I found an english translation for altair/sirius, but not the official page (Which I assume it's in japanese). Please, could anyone link it?

PMD is extremely annoying to hack. It's only been recently understood enough that it's possible to change shit that would be easy in a main game--sprites, moves, stats, etc. I doubt it's possible to actually insert Pokemon yet. Morever, you'd need to create sprites and portraits for every single Pokemon.

Pretty much what this anon says. You can literally get a gift mon in the first city. Not to mention the first route was fully of trainers and no way to heal. I literally had to grind in the grass and let my mon get KO'd just so the game would fully heal it.
