so, the general consensus around /vp/ is that every pokemon game is unplayable trash

i'd like to get a list going, by generation, of why each game is terrible. i have a little bit started

too much water
bad villains
remakes of gen 1

remakes of gen 2

>Gen 5
linear region
bad villains
no remakes

>Gen 6
too easy
bad story
remake of gen 3

please contribute with what you hate from some/all of the games

and obviously, "no postgame" applies for all of these, as well as "gimmick from previous game was not included".
