None of those types are common or prevalent at all in Ubers, at least not right now, and unless some new extremely broken legendary is added in gen7 that's one or more of those types they probably never will be. Maybe if it also removed ground immunity too so he couldn't laugh at Groudon while he sets up, but some may say that's pushing it and probably wouldn't fit with Fug's whole theme.
Really if you wanted Mega Fug to come back to Ubers, you would need to make it so he can't hold items and make Dragon Ascent less powerful. Those are the only things I could see making a case for him making his way down from his ascended state to ubers, and even if those things were removed he'd still be S/S+-rank material easily.
