ORAS. It's got the bests graphics and more Pokémon/Megas than any other game. Objectively, it is the best.
Practically, it's a disappointment because it was only a tiny improvement on previous games.

GS/HGSS, because it's the longest. No other game offers 16 gyms, plus rematches in HGSS.
