Hoopa-U will go to Ubers for sure; there probably isn't a true defensive check or counter in OU, not even Unaware Clefable since it learns Gunk Shot. What it does when it gets there, that's tricky.
Hoopa-C on the other hand, i'm guestimating it will go to UU/BL2. I don't think RU is ready for a pokemon with 150 SpA and Nasty Plot, even one with as many problems as Hoopa-C. Umbreon and/or Florges would make good teammates.
