Hits all opponents in the field. The ones who survive will have a 95% chance to get all their stats lowered by 1 stage.

Have you ever heard of balance anon? This would give you more options to abuse the Power Herb with. Not every move should be viable competitively. There are powerful moves that are tempting to use but have major drawbacks to balance them out.

It does take two turns to execute so it's more like 90BP. It would be okay if it only lowered one stat. Or maybe it only deals half damage and can't lower stats if you get hit while charging it up.
