Amerifats got an extra Charizard with the opposite Mega Stone in XY, and version exclusive Mega Stones were fucking hard to get if you didn't have both games or cheated.

Hell, PAL versions of Pokemon Channel were the only ones you could get a Jirachi from. You couldn't get it from NA Channel and you were fucked if you didn't pre-order colosseum.
