Hi guys. My dad just pulled this guy out from the crawlspace. 8 decks, Original Series Base Set. So there are 2 Overgrowth packs, 2 Zap! packs, 2 Brushfire packs, and 2 Blackout packs, all unopened.
Anyone have a ballpark estimate of the value I have here? I saw a few on ebay going for a couple hundred, and thought maybe you guys could be of some help.

Just checked Troll and Toad. Over there, they are selling the decks for a total sum of about $103.50 USD. Double that for what you have, that would be $207 USD.

This is of course going by T&T prices without tax. You could sell them to Troll and Toad for marginally less, I would think, or you can try finding a place that would net you close to $200 USD.

Find a serious collector, and they'll probably pay you upwards of $300

Don't ever sell them to a pawn shop or something that guesstimates their value, because they'll just resell them for way more.

It'll take longer to find a collector, but they'll pay crazy for it

Unopened shit like that isn't easy to come by

I sold my entire collection for $15 dollars at a yard sale for my wedding.

The person who bought them was my age. When he asked about the price, he had the same posture and attitude of someone preparing to haggle

When I told him it was $15 he noticeable flinched and turned super nice and gave the money and bolted.

I feel like he knew something I didn't. I assumed all the original release non-holograms cards were worthless. Same with the random japanese cards I had.
