I do suggest they increase everything to keep the stats leveled, like the regular Arceus, and that means roughly 16 to every stat.

Would make it even more broken than it already is, though.

Didn't mention a devolution, but maybe the current form becoming a bound form like Hoopa would make it more balanced, by lowering its stats. The Primal/Mega would be its unbound form, would restore the original stats with a boost of about 16, if you want them leveled out.

The problem is defensively that still loses to fug and other megas while offensively, Protean isn't even on like Mega Mom's level where it gets 1.5x on top of STAB with Return, making it effectively weaker when not just doing the greninja thing of full coverage as its moveset, which would be a waste of a mega.

This pokemon is every single pokemon typing that exist simultaneously and gets STAB for any food used.In other words Arceus is a
Normal/Psychic/Dragon/Fire/Flying/Bug/Fairy/Ground/Rock/Ice/Electric/Water/Ice/Dark/Ghost/Fighting/Grass/Steel type

It is immune to Dragon,Normal,Ghost,Fighting,Ground,Electric,Psychic and Fairy moves.

All other typings deal only 1/16th due to having massive resistance.

There you go i just created the most broken pokemon in existence

The Pokemon takes on the respective types of the moves it knows (For example if P-Arceus ran a Calm Mind, Thunderbolt, Judgment, & Ice Beam set, it would be Normal, Psychic, Electric, & Ice type simultaneously).

In the same way that Rayquaza can learn a special move to become Mega, Arceus should get a special move as well.

Final Judgment
150 BP
90% acc
Normal Type (what it would say on the battle screen)
The user attacks the foe with beams of light that shine in all the colors of the rainbow. This move's type is altered based on its moveset, just like its ability. 33% recoil.

Ability: Ultimate Power
It taps onto the energy of the plate it's holding to boost the attacks that match its type (Dragon plate, boosted Dragon moves)

Type: ???, the old Curse type. All attacks against it are neutral.

How exactly does that work?
A pokémon being all types simultaneously would have these matchups:

>2x
Rock
>Neutral
Flying, Fire, Water, Ice, Fairy
>0.5x
Steel, Dark
>0.25x
>0.125x
>0.0625x
Bug, Grass
>Immune
Normal, Fighting, Poison, Ground, Ghost, Electric. Psychic, Dragon

But yeah it would still be broken as fuck for being immune to half the type chart and getting STAB on everything.

Mulitype + All Normal type attacks become the same type as Arceus and gets a 30% boost
