Everytime I meet Mega Rayquaza on Showdown, it strikes my mon first without taking it down and then faint from a single dragon move by Gyarados or Dragonite....

That's a terrible coverage option. Granted, Ice Fang is not powerful at all, but it HAS to be better than a Normal-On-Steroids move.

Oh, it can be used OP. Keep him in your party at all times in ORAS and have fun using Dragon's Ascent to kill every mon in sight. Just don't expect to use it in 99% of tournaments.
