Tournaments are available on the PTCGO! Two tournaments are available 24/7 and weekends add two more tournaments to the pool (with formats changing every weekend for the weekend tournaments). You can find the prize structure in the TCGO client when they're available.
Double Crisis has been released! Are you picking up any blisters? Only available online via codes. Can't be purchased with coins.
Daily quests added to PTCGO! Also the client is very buggy as of late. Try not to play in tournaments until they're fixed.
The in-client store's products consists of theme decks (LTR-on), 5-card packs (NXD-on), and a 1-pack blister mimicking those found in the checklanes of big box stores like Target. Every now and then, other products like 3-pack blisters and products mimicking IRL value products like boxes are available for a short time.

Went 5/2 at states today - 15th in swiss. Turn out was around 125 masters but not enough for a top 16 cut, made away with 9 packs which was nice as that covered the entry fee + lunch and then some.

I only faced one Kyogre in my last round, and it was a fairly straight forward matchup and probably one of the easiest of the day. Lucario and Hawlucha did a lot of heavy lifting , and Landorus was there mostly for early game hammer heads on early round Manectrics. I would say it as more a Lucario/Bats deck today.
Escape rope and the silent lab were clutch, while AZ failed to pull its weight.

Many times today I made a mental note about the AZ. Had it been a Xerosic I would have been able to get rid of a Toad DCE and perhaps land me a turn with trainers again. Garbodor hasn't been making an appearance in the NorthWest as much. In fact I don't think I saw any today.

Remember, with Foil cards, always Double Sleeve as soon as possible! This will prevent further curling to the card, and slightly help uncurl a curled card. What will also help is storing the card in a very tight deck box! While a card can never be uncurled, you can minimize the effects and undo some of the damage!

You can also get packs in said shop with Tokens, or as reward from Trainer Challenge or daily challenges, but these give you locked cards that you can't trade (same as the decks above).
You can get tournament tickets by doing well in tournaments that have Tokens as entry fee. Tournaments that have tickets as fee can give you tradeable packs if you do well. Some tournaments use theme deck format too.

Here's your challenge for today /vp/: Make a 40 card deck based on either Team Aqua or Team Magma. Maybe this Bronzong could help? Electron Crush uses only one lightning and Emolga has free retreat anyway, so you could be charging one in Bench and keep switching back and forth for 90 damage. What should I save tokens for. My deck sucks so using them for tournaments doesn't seem like the right move.

if youre doing the play 20 pkmn challenge just do one SUC 4xSSU 4xAZ and the rest all basics, maybe some skyla and sycamore
it should only take 3 games max
