Godzilla has survived a black hole, can exhale pure radioactive energy (which is also powerful enough to be used as a jetpack of sorts), can lift at least 2000 tons of weight, can survive in both water and on land, but is vulnerable to electricity.
Tyranitar can crush a mountain with one hand, supposedly cannot be harmed, creates a sandstorm around it wherever it walks, can release many kinds of ranged attacks including fire, lightning, ice, blasts of what is essentially ki, and energy imbued with evil thoughts. However, it is weak to punching, earthquakes, and water, among other things.
Considering Tyranitar is probably in the top 10% of pokemon in terms of raw power, let's just say Godzilla's going to be the culmination of the power creep.
