This thing just saved my ass in a rousing random showdown match. I barely registered it existing until recently but now I am completely on board.

The unique bug moves are also neat.

How do you folks like BEES and is it actually useable outside of all random?

Cool design, but it's bloody awful in battle. Way too slow, 4x rocks weak, mediocre stats for a bad typing, no good Flying-type moves, ect.

The signature moves are amazing though. Attack Order is one of the best Bug-type moves in the game, and Heal Order would be better used by something else; Vespiquen prefers Roost in most cases.

Just another tired case of GameFreak making something awesome and unique, but not taking the effort to make it good in battle.

It's a fun poke to use during the main game, but doesn't see any competitive use. It's got good bulk but unfortunate typing, and absolutely crippled by perfidious pebbles.

I saw an anon post a Mega-Vespiquen idea that had an ability that gave the Order moves priority. I thought it was a pretty good idea, and would help out the obvious speed problem.
