If Masuda wants to surprise the fanbase, and Z or X2Y2 are too predictable. What type of twist can Masuda give to the next Kalos games that would shock the entire Pokemon fanbase? I know that Masuda thinks Z/X2Y2 are too predictable and he likes to surprise. We are entering a prime time frame where they can announce it at anytime from now. It can't be a prequel because ORAS was already a prequel to XY. BTW, Masuda loves to be unpredictable.
