Are there any balls that actually outclass the basic Pokéball? Ultra Ball only gives you 2x the catch rate for 6x the price. Quick Balls break even from Gen V onward (5x the catch rate for 5x the price, this was only 4x the catch rate in Gen IV) but only if you use them on the first turn which is pretty useless. The Heal Ball sort of works out since it heals your Pokémon which could be worth the extra $100, same for Luxury Ball's friendship effect. Safari Balls are dirt cheap but only work in one place. Master Balls are rare and Apricorn Balls take forever (assuming you don't just change the clock).

The rest are all shit even if you use them correctly (eg; use Dive Ball underwater). I don't think I missed any? Pokéball master race I guess.
