Power plant, Champion theme, Snowbelle, Ambrette, Laverre, Dendemille, Anistar, Pokemon League, Victory Road, Santalune Forest, Lost Hotel are all pretty good as far as Kalos goes.

I love Unova's trainer music just because of how stylistically similar it is to Kanto's. It really reinforces those Gen 1 / Gen 5 parallels.
