Why GF give mega evolution to Lucario and Garchomp but not to mons who are in desperate need for it? There is many good pokemons that are never viable since their introduction.

Because the way they choose Mega Evolutions is bullshit. Popularity is a big facter, so Lucario and Garchomp were pretty much guaranteed. Then there's the ones that are around for Shits and Giggles, like Audino and Glalie. And finally, there are the ones that really needed it, like Mawile and Ampharos.

Popularity was a factor.

Garchomp and Lucario are popular.

Corsola, not so much.

Plus, Corsola needs a regular evolution, not a Mega.

Mons like Corsola should get a normal evo before mega imo, if you see someone run Mawile you KNOW it will be a mega cause normal Mawile is hardly viable, lets not make that a habit.
