Focus Punch will still have negative priority, so really only bulky Pokemon would be able to abuse that new mechanic well, so basically only Throh. The Focus Blast thing would only help regular Lucario.

close combat is still better than focus punch cause it doesn't have negative priority

focus blast never missing would be nice for alakazam but you'd be forgoing magic guard, it's a straight upgrade for special lucario

doesn't affect anyone else besides mienshao (has better abilities), or dragonite (see previous)

Hypno might as well run Inner Focus Focus Blast.
Gallade might start using Focus Punch.
Non Mega Lucario can start running Focus Blast.

Nothing else really wants to use Inner Focus over its other ability still.

Special/Mixed FB Dragonite in a Rain team looks fun. Most of them run Life Orb anyway which seems counterproductive with Multiscale.
