I love them all, but my favorite is Genesect. I like how it twitches.

Most Scizor invest in HP and often in Def, too, while Durant very rarely have much, if anything, in either. Durant also has no priority, while Scizor gets STAB Technician-boosted Bullet Punch. Speed alone won't help it when it has nothing else going for it. There's a reason it is only RU while Scizor is OU and Genesect is Ubers; in both the Bug/Steel bulky attacker and fast attacker niches it's severely outclassed.
It's a shame, because I love Durant and Bug/Steel is a combination of two of my three favorite types. I've actually wanted to try running a mono-bug and almost-mono-bug/steel team with Scizor, Genesect, Escavalier, Genesect, and two other bugs. I figure a mono dual-type team is an interesting concept, but there aren't enough to pull it off so I need to make some compromise. If it weren't for species clauses, I could have two Scizor and two Genesect: Mega+Bulky Band, and Special+Mixed.
