Hey /vp/, I was going to give my little sister my extra flash cart and put on a load of RPGs and stuff on it for her. My question is if she uses one will she be able to trade with me locally? I believe the answer is yes, but, I just thought I'd get a confirmation before putting on no trade evolutions and such on the roms.
