Hm, I put Water Pulse in because it's pretty much Surf with a chance to confuse on this mon. I'm trying to go for as much damage as I can with this thing. But maybe Scald is worth a shot.

28 speed outspeeds base 60's and the pretty rare 8 speed Tyranitar (if I feel like using it in OU for some reason). The rest of the speed strikes me as unnecessary.

The best part that it can even outdamage Megasoise and has no opportunity cost using it. It even gets Poison coverage to hit Azumarill who walls every move that gets boosted by mega launcher unlike Megatoise who needs to resort to HP Grass. This nigga is so niche and Im glad it's not broken enough to be used everywhere too
